Product principle:
The non-contact thermocouple M24-K-NTC consists of a temperature measuring probe and a temperature calibrator. The temperature measurement is performed using the thermocouple principle. The thermocouple principle is based on the thermoelectric effect generated between two dissimilar materials. In this product, a K-type thermocouple is used.
A thermocouple consists of two wires of different materials that form a measuring point at the point of contact. When the measuring point measures the temperature, the two wires will produce a temperature difference. This temperature difference will create a potential difference across the thermocouple wire. This potential difference is converted into a corresponding temperature value and displayed by the temperature measuring instrument.

Installation and precautions:
● Prepare your own installation bracket, take off the cover of the temperature measuring probe, place the certificate of conformity (the thickness of the certificate is 0.4mm) between the probe and the object to be measured, so that they are in full contact, and after fixing the temperature measuring probe, it will pass The certificate is drawn.
● After the temperature of the object to be measured is heated up to the normal temperature, observe whether the measured temperature and the actual displayed temperature are normal. If any abnormality is found, adjust the temperature calibrator of the cable to make the temperature display normal (increase clockwise) , and vice versa).
● Keep the temperature measurement cables away from large current, high frequency, high temperature and frozen objects as far as possible.
● The short-circuit junction of the electrode wire of the temperature measurement probe must face outward, otherwise it will affect the sensitivity of temperature measurement.
● The assembly environment of the temperature measuring probe should avoid places with large wind flow.
● The electrode wire of the temperature measuring probe cannot directly touch the object to be measured, otherwise the temperature measuring probe or thermometer may be damaged
● Pay attention to the output polarity, it cannot be reversed, otherwise it will display a negative temperature value.
